CONIGLIO, Linda L.: Funeral services were held Wednesday morning at 10 o’clock in Holy Trinity Church. A Mass of Christian Burial was concelebrated by the Rev. Raymond Donohue, principal celebrant, and Rev. Joseph Zalacca. Pallbearers were Jamie Coniglio, Kelly Coniglio, Joseph Blechl, Tim Card, Kevin Sculley, and Rock Vallone. Burial was in St. Joseph’s Cemetery. Arrangements were by the McGraw-Kowal Funeral Home.

MAYBEE, Maxine C. (nee Clark) “Ma” Hus ‘Do’: Age 93. Of the Cattaraugus Indian Reservation. Died peacefully at home surrounded by her family on March 19, 2014. Wife of the late Arthur J. Maybee; loving mother of Romayne (David) Watt, Marjorie Ann Gonzalez, Joanne Williams, James Allen (Cindy), Armand (Gloria) Maybee, Rebecca (Larry) Schosek and John (Elizabeth) Maybee; grandmother of 25 grandchildren; 33 great grandchildren and nine great-great-grandchildren sister of Lyman Kettle and the late Geraldine Kettle, Betsy Martin and Lucille Thompson; also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends. Friends may call at the family residence, 14146 Route 438, Gowanda, NY where funeral services will be held Friday at 10 a.m. Arrangements by Wentland Funeral Home, North Collins. POGORZELSKI, Alfreda E.: A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated this morning at 10 o’clock in Blessed Mary Angela Parish Church of St. Hyacinth. Interment will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials in Alfreda’s memory can be made to Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, 6931 Arlington Road, Suite 200, Bethesda, MD, 20814. Arrangements are by the R. Mackowiak Funeral Home Inc., 56 East Doughty Street in Dunkirk.

SZCZUBLEWSKI, Walter R. Jr.: Funeral services were held Monday morning at 10 a.m. in Blessed Mary Angela Parish, Church of St. Hyacinth. A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated by the Rev. Michael J. Parker, principal celebrant, and Rev. Matt M. Nycz, pastor. The trumpet soloist was Michael Szczublewski, his son. The Pall was placed by Mrs. Walter Szczublewski and Kristin Tomasic, his daughter. The first reading was done by Juliane Tomasic, the second reading by Hilary Szczublewski and the intercessions were by Sister Ra-chel Mikolajczak. The gifts were presented by Walter’s grandchildren: Preston Szczublewski, Kayce Tomasic and Grace Szczublewski. The pallbearers were William Tomasic, Juliane Tomasic, Rhonda Brinkman, Peter Komada, Frank Levandoski, and Tom Poweski. Burial was in St. Hyacinth’s Cemetery. Arrangements were by the McGraw-Kowal Funeral Home.
