HANOVER – On Thursday at approximately 10:55 p.m. deputies responded to a report of a female passed out on the side of the roadway.
The female identified herself as Candi L. Radowsky, 43, of Silver Creek. Radowsky was found to be in possession of a dagger-style knuckle knife and was charged with fourth- degree criminal possession of a weapon.
Radowsky was taken into custody and later released with appearance tickets to appear in the Hanover Town Court at a later date.
NORTH HARMONY – On Thursday at about 8:15 p.m. deputies apprehended Andrew J. Sheldon, 27, of Ashville on a bench warrant out of the Town of North Harmony for failing to appear on a charge of petit larceny.
He was arraigned in the Town of Sherman Court and released to appear back in North Harmony Town Court at a later date.
MAYVILLE – On Thursday at about 9 p.m. deputies apprehended David M. Douglas, 34, of Mayville on a second-degree assault warrant. Douglas was wanted in the Town of Chautauqua for second-degree assault.
He was arraigned and remanded to Chautauqua County Jail on $3,000 cash bail or $6,000 property bail.
