W/M Rotary reveals some items in May 10 auction

The Westfield/Mayville Rotary Club’s May 10 auction committee has revealed a few of the outstanding items up for sale during its after-dinner auction on May 10.

Golfers may want to bid on either of two packages. Chautauqua Golf course and Chautauqua point Golf Course each offer e special package for two 18 holes with cart during the season.

A day off for two people includes massages, a facial, manicure, pedicure plus wine and money for dinner from Bella’s Salon and Day Spa in North East, Pa., for the winning bidder.

Another offering is a one-week stay at Westgate Resorts in Orlando, Fla. Valued at $1,000, this Deluxe Villa sleeps up to eight guests and is minutes away from Disney and other Orlando attractions.

A 26-inch Raleigh Venture 7-speed bike for either a man or woman has a limited life-time warranty with a free check-up at between 100 and 150 miles.

Some other items include Buffalo Bills tickets for two and a three-hour ride in a La Grand Elite Limousine for up to eight passengers, a dinner in the vineyard for three groups of four each on July 19 and a barbecue chicken dinner for three groups of six on Aug. 9.

David Brown will conduct the live auction. Chicken will be barbecued by Chiavetta’s staff. Rotarians will serve dinner and dessert. Free beer, soft drinks and coffee are included.

Other drawings include a $500 cash prize, a wine raffle and a 50/50 cash raffle.

The Rotary prefers that tickets -$10 per person – be purchased by May 3 but tickets will be available all week and at the door the evening of the auction. The auction will be held in Eason Hall, 23 Elm Street in Westfield. Tickets may be purchased from any Rotarian, Harry Barton at 326-4229 or Tom Berkhouse at 326-4507.
