EDWARDS, William L. Jr.: 87, of Angola passed away peacefully with family on Tuesday, May 13, 2014 at the Gowanda Rehabilitation and Nurs-ing Center in Gowanda, NY. Husband of the late Alice Mae “Icy” (Congdon) Edwards. Survived by his son Michael Scott (Deborah) Edwards of Cleveland, Ohio, daughter Laurie Lee Williams of Gowanda, NY, daughter Anne Alice (William) Alexandra of Chagrin Falls, Ohio, and daughter Elizabeth Sarah Dicembre of Collins, NY, as well as eight grandchildren, Lindsey, Brandon, Bryan, Michael, Garrett, Jennifer, Alexandra and William. Services with full Military Honors will be held on Friday, May 23, 2014 at 11 a.m. at the First Presbyterian Church at 64 E. Main St. in Gowanda, NY. A celebration of Bill’s life will follow at 12:30 p.m. at the Gowanda VFW at 20 Sandhill Road in Gowanda, NY. In lieu of flowers, friends are asked to make donations to the Ted Williams Foundation, c/o Tropicana Field, 1 Tropicana Drive, St. Petersburg, FL 33705. KLOCEK, Edward M.: Funeral services were held Tuesday morning at 10 o’clock in Blessed Mary Angela Parish Church of St. Hyacinth. A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated by the Rev. Matt Nycz. The Pall was placed by the son David Klocek. Readings by the son, David Klocek. General Intercessions were by Sr. Rachel Mikolajczak CSSF. The Pall bearers were Art Purol, Pete Begier, Don Klocek Jr., Dan Mitchell. Interment was in St. Hyacinth’s Cemetery. Arrangements were by the R. Mackowiak Funeral Home Inc., 56 East Doughty Street in Dunkirk.

MILITELLO, Kimberley A.: Age 59, of Maltbie Road, passed away shortly after going missing December 22, 2013. Survivors include her mother, Beverly Stockwell of Springville; her husband, Thomas M. Militello; a brother, Darryl (Toni Ann) Weltjen of Springville; a sister, Karla (Michael McHugh) Weltjen of Lawtons; step-children Jacob Militello of Boston, Samantha (Bill) Stuart of Boston, and grandson Quentin Stuart. Kim is also survived by nieces and nephews, along with step-sisters Wendy Stockwell and Teresa Stockwell, both of Springville, and stepbrother Robert J. Stockwell of Ohio. The family will receive friends at the St. Joseph’s R.C. Church, 69 E. Main St., Gowanda, from 10 to 11 a.m. on Thursday, May 22, 2014. A Memorial Mass will follow visitation at the church at 11 a.m. Fr. Joseph Porpiglia will be Celebrant. Memorials may be made to the family to decide upon a charity, or may be made to a local charity of one’s choice. PATZ, Jean J.: Funeral services were held Tuesday morning at 10 o’clock in Holy Trinity Church. A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated by the Rev. Joseph Zalacca. Pallbearers were Mark Patz, Bernard Patz Jr., Jean Patz Gardner, David Gardner, Joseph Ark, and Gary Sedlmayer. Entombment was in the Resurrection Mausoleum of Holy Trinity Cemetery. Arrangements were by the McGraw-Kowal Funeral Home.
