You and/or your organization are invited to attend a training workshop to learn about New York State’s Consolidated Funding Application process and how to access up to $750 million in competitive economic development funding from 33 state agency programs through one application.
The Western New York Regional Economic Development Council will hold two CFA workshops for potential applicants to learn more about the fourth round of Gov. Andrew M. Cuomo’s initiative to stimulate job creation and economic growth through the REDC.
All are welcome to attend the following workshop:
May 29 in Fredonia, 2 to 4:30 p.m., SUNY Fredonia – Williams Center, 280 Central Ave.
The workshop will include an overview of the application and CFA process followed by informational breakout sessions on specific areas of funding available for economic development projects.
The CFA application period is now open to applicants across the five-county Western New York region, which includes Allegany, Cattaraugus, Chautauqua, Erie and Niagara counties. The deadline for CFA submissions is 4 p.m. on June 16.
CFAs will be reviewed by the WNYREDC based on their alignment with the Council’s strategic plan and will be reviewed on a technical basis by the State Agency Resource Team. The CFA is available at apps.cio.ny.gov/apps/cfa.
