Sinclairville man, 53, charged with child sex abuse
SINCLAIRVILLE – A 53-year-old Sinclairville man was taken into custody Tuesday after allegedly facilitating a sexual act and making inappropriate physical contact with two juveniles toward the end of April.
According to the Chau-tauqua County Sheriff’s Office, Randy L. Daughen-baugh committed the acts on two of three juveniles that were in his care. All three were under the age of 11.
Following an investigation by the Sheriff’s Office, Child Protective Services and the Child Advocacy Program of Chautauqua County, Daughenbaugh was picked up without incident on an arrest warrant issued out of Ellington Court.
He was charged with two counts of use of a child in a sexual performance, four counts of first-degree sexual abuse and three counts of endangering the welfare of a child. He was committed to the Chautauqua County Jail in lieu of $50,000 cash bail or $100,000 property bond.
