Virginia Lee Everhart Kittinger
Virginia Lee Everhart Kittinger, a resident of San-ford, Florida entered into rest June 9th, 2014 at her home after a long battle with COPD.
Born May 24th, 1936 to Russell and Agnes Everhart, Virginia grew up in Forest-ville NY and graduated from Forestville High School in 1955. She married John E Kittinger Jr. on May 10th 1956 at the age of 19.
Virginia went on to become a stenographer with NY Telephone and later be-came a secretary for an insurance company. She also worked as a sales associate for Sidey’s in Dunkirk NY. After moving to Florida to be with her sons, she later worked with her son, Aaron, for many years.
She is survived by her 4 siblings: brother Jim Everhart; sisters Joanne Stone, Elaine Kapuscinski and Betty Everhart; 3 sons: Aaron, Robert, John and his wife Michele; 6 grandchildren: Johnny, Jennifer, Jason, Kim, Mellissa, Lauren 8 great grandchildren: Isabella, Savanna, Gage, Malaya, Martin, Gracie, Charles, Declan; and her lovable dog, Skeeter.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Russell and Agnes Everhart
Virginia adored her family and loved her animals. She enjoyed staying active with her hobbies and crafts and loved refinishing old furniture and baking. She will be remembered most for her warm heart and sweet and loving personality.
Her Memorial Service will be held at Osteen Unit-ed Methodist Church, 172 Carpenter Ave, Osteen Florida on June 24th at 6 p.m. The family requests that in lieu of flowers any donations be sent to Vitas Hospice of Seminole County Florida or The Seminole County Humane Society.
