Allen J. Raynor

Allen J. Raynor, 61, of Columbia, SC, passed away July 10, 2014 with family and dear friends, Gary Cato and Debbie Moore by his side. Formerly of Fredonia, Allen was the son of David Raynor of Dunkirk and Sally Kingsley of Fredonia. Father to Trisha Fleissner of Silver Creek, and Steven Raynor of Dunkirk, and stepson David Barnes from the Carolinas. Brother to Deborah Watson of Fredonia, Cheryl Oviatt of Silver Creek, Charlotte Hilliker of Irving, John Raynor of Dunkirk, Judy Thorsgaard of Bottineau, North Dakota, Rob Raynor of Dunkirk and Tammy Piotrowski of Catawba, S.C. Allen graduated from Fredonia High School and was a US Army veteran. He loved driving “the big

rigs” and worked for different companies in the area. Allen was a talented woodworker, enjoyed doing carpentry work and making model cars. He loved hunting, fishing, car racing and cross bow, and also was a gun collector. He loved his family and his pet dog, Doug the Pug. In addition to his parents, children and siblings, he is survived by his three grandchildren: Bailey and Patrick of Silver Creek and Bryson of Dunkirk, and many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles. He was predeceased by his wife Anna (Andin) Raynor; his stepdaughter, Elizabeth Barnes-Reinke; and two nephews, Kris Meeder and Jeremy Raynor. A memorial service will be announced and held in

the near future at the convenience of the family.
